As part of the circular economy and the legislative pressure for higher and full recyclability of packaging, we offer a mono‑material packaging solution –PET, which is 100% recyclable.
Top and bottom films for food packaging are produced either as multi‑layer laminates (e.g., PET/PE, APET/PE) or as mono‑material structures (mono PET). Multi‑layer constructions are generally not recyclable, whereas mono‑material solutions enable 100% recyclability. Modern mono PET films offer high transparency, good barrier properties, and at the same time allow a reduction in the total amount of plastic used.
